Why does my booking not appear in my account?

There are a couple of reasons why your booking may not be showing on your account. The first reason might be that you have created an account with a different email address. If your account has a different email to your booking then the booking will not show. Please follow this link on how to add bookings on to your account: Add Bookings to my Account

The second reason may be that the system did not generate a booking. This can be down to a number of factors but we would advise that you call us straight away to just double check on 0333 339 0785 where our customer service team will be happy to help.

At the time of making a booking, an account is not automatically created unless you have selected to do so at the checkout. You can create an account after booking or before by signing up through the app or online.
