For amendments to bookings scheduled within the next 24 hours, it is advisable to call our customer service team to ensure timely adjustments.

Please note that if your booking contains errors or lacks information and is not corrected before the scheduled journey, attempting the journey with the driver will result in no refund, and the booking will be marked as a customer no-show. This policy is due to the pre-booked nature of your minicab, as the driver would have allocated this time for your journey during their shift, and payment is expected for their time.
