If my journey was not fulfilled or the driver did not show up, how can I request a refund?

If the operator cancels your booking, the refund process will be automatic and may take up to 5 working days to reflect in your account. You can track this by logging into your account [Click Here]. If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one using the same email address used for booking. Once verified, you can access your booking and check its status.

In the rare instance of the driver failing to appear for your journey, please generate a ticket in our customer support portal or email Help@taxicodedirect.com for further investigation. Allow up to 72 hours for a thorough inquiry, and a refund will be processed once we confirm the driver's failure to show.
