How will I be notified and receive confirmation for my journey?
When you book online, you will receive two distinct emails. The initial email acknowledges the successful receipt of your payment and informs you that we are in the process of confirming your journey with our fleet. Subsequently, a second email is dispatched to confirm the allocation of a driver, indicating that your booking is secured. In the rare event that we cannot fulfill your journey, we will promptly issue a full refund, providing ample time for you to make alternative arrangements.
