How does the “TaxiCode Direct” Website works.

Our platform, along with our mobile applications, facilitates connections between local ground transport providers and customers.

In the cities and towns where we operate, you can conveniently use our website or mobile app to prebook a Minicab, Minibus, or Coach. Once booked, You will be assigned a driver and your selected vehicle based on your chosen pickup date and time.

Payment for bookings can be made via Card, Cash, or PayPal. For businesses, a balance or credit account can be requested.

After your trip, you'll receive an email allowing you to rate the service of the ground transport company/partner on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. Additionally, driver partners will have the opportunity to rate riders.
