How can I obtain a copy of my invoice or VAT receipt?
After the completion of your ride, you can download a copy of your invoice. If you need to check for VAT details or request a VAT invoice, please contact the transport operator directly. The operator's information is available on your booking receipt. It's important to note that not all minicab companies are VAT registered, and many subcontract jobs to non-VAT registered drivers.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable for vehicles with more than nine seats.
To download your trip invoices, follow these steps by logging in to your account at www.taxicodedirect.com:
1. Log in to www.taxicodedirect.com
2. Navigate to 'Bookings'
3. Click on the booking reference for the desired trip
4. Select 'Get Invoice'
