How to register a complaint!
If you have a complaint regarding the service provided by your driver or their Transport Operator, we encourage you to initially reach out to the Transport Operator using the contact information provided on your booking receipt.
Should your complaint remain unresolved with the transport operator, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team by creating a ticket on our customer support portal.
In all instances, please ensure that you include your Booking Reference along with the details of your complaint.
Please be assured that we are dedicated to resolving all complaints promptly. Kindly allow us a minimum of 72 hours to thoroughly investigate and address any concerns.
